3 Ply Disposable Non Woven Medical Face Mask Manufacturers & Exporter serving Uganda

High-Performance Medical PPE with ISO 13485 & CE Certification. Empowering Uganda's Healthcare Infrastructure through Certified Quality and Supply Chain Resilience.

Uganda’s Evolving Healthcare Landscape

Uganda is currently undergoing a significant transformation in its healthcare infrastructure. With the expansion of facilities like the Mulago National Specialized Hospital and the rise of private healthcare groups in Kampala, the demand for high-quality, BFE 99% certified medical masks has reached an all-time high. Our 3-ply non-woven masks are engineered to provide superior protection against airborne pathogens in Uganda's tropical climate, ensuring breathability without compromising filtration efficiency.

Technical Roadmap & SMS Materiality

The core of our 3-ply mask lies in the "Meltblown" filtration layer. Unlike standard masks, our Uganda-export grade products utilize high-density meltblown fabric that achieves a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) of ≥98% (Type IIR standards). This is sandwiched between two layers of Spunbond Non-woven fabric, providing a hydrophobic outer layer to repel fluids and a soft inner layer for wearer comfort during long shifts in medical wards.

China Supply Chain Resilience for Uganda

Efficiency and Scalability

Our 100,000 sqm facility ensures that we can handle massive procurement orders from the Uganda Ministry of Health or large-scale private distributors without delays. With automated production lines, we eliminate human error, ensuring every 3-ply mask meeting the exact EN14683 Type IIR specifications required for surgical environments.

Direct Export & Logistics to East Africa

Serving the Uganda market requires more than just manufacturing; it requires logistical expertise. We provide comprehensive support for shipment to Mombasa port and subsequent transit to Kampala, ensuring all URA (Uganda Revenue Authority) documentation and UNBS (Uganda National Bureau of Standards) requirements are met.

Localized Application Scenarios

Beyond hospitals, our masks are widely used in Uganda's growing food processing industry and the aviation sector at Entebbe International Airport. The lightweight 3-ply design is specifically favored by local workers for its comfort in high-humidity environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Type I, II, and IIR masks?

Type I masks are for patients and reduce the risk of spreading infections. Type II and IIR are for healthcare professionals; Type IIR includes a splash-resistant layer, which is crucial for surgical procedures where blood or bodily fluid exposure is possible.

Do your masks comply with Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS)?

Yes, our masks are manufactured under ISO 13485 quality management systems and meet CE EN14683 standards, which are globally recognized and accepted by UNBS for medical grade PPE imports.

Can we request OEM branding for Ugandan pharmacies?

Absolutely. We offer full OEM services, including custom box designs and branding specifically tailored for the East African retail and clinical market.

How do you ensure the quality of the meltblown layer?

We use our in-house Protective Mask Filter Tester (seen in our lab gallery) to verify the BFE and PFE of every batch before it leaves the factory floor.
