Our manufacturing process utilizes pure virgin polypropylene resins to extrude micro-fine fibers. These fibers are either spunbonded (SBPP) to create a high-tensile, breathable web, or meltblown to establish an intricate micro-porous barrier structure (used primarily in our multi-layer SMS variants). This balance ensures that operatives remain cool and comfortable during long shifts in cleanrooms, laboratories, or food packaging lines, while keeping hair and skin flakes safely contained.
To eliminate skin sensitivities, we use 100% latex-free elastic bands. Our advanced double-elastic design provides secure, all-day tension without creating pressure points around the ears or forehead.
