Alhilal Healthcare
Engineered to strict standards. Explore our high-grade medical gear and precision instrumentation.
Empowering healthcare providers and heavy industries with reliable disposable protective equipment built on strict compliance.
Established in 2009, our enterprise specializes in designing and manufacturing top-tier personal protective equipment (PPE). We hold full factory audits and approvals under ISO 13485 and CE. Every production batch of disposable gaiters, boot covers, and surgical gowns meets international requirements.
Our mega-scale operations in China span a facility exceeding 100,000 square meters. This includes a certified, state-of-the-art cleanroom environment of 6,000 square meters. Over 500 dedicated operators and quality inspectors drive our production pipelines daily.
Beyond disposable protective boot covers and gaiters, we design and distribute a full suite of medical barrier solutions. This includes non-woven face masks, medical coveralls, gowns, shoe covers, medical boot covers, caps, lab jackets, isolation wear, scrub suits, aprons, and sleeve covers.
Investigating technical pathways to deliver high barrier integrity, comfort, and sustainable performance.
Our high-tier disposable protective gaiters employ custom Microporous Film Laminates (SF). The film consists of billions of microscopic pores per square inch, each large enough to release heat and water vapor, yet small enough to block liquid splashes, bacteria, and blood-borne pathogens. This micro-porous barrier meets AAMI Level 3 and 4 protective criteria.
Traditional needle stitching creates punctures that can compromise barrier integrity. To address this, our modern production lines feature Ultrasonic Stitch-less Welding. High-frequency sound waves fuse the non-woven materials, creating a continuous, molecular-level bond. This improves tensile strength and prevents particulate penetration at critical seam points.
For safety in damp surgical theaters or greasy industrial plants, our gaiters feature textured CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene) or patterned elastomer outsoles. These surfaces undergo ASTM F2913 COF (Coefficient of Friction) testing to ensure high slip resistance on ceramic tile, steel plates, and epoxy floors.
Every stage—from raw material inspection to automated assembly and testing—is controlled to deliver reliable performance.
We tailor our barrier systems to meet the unique challenges of healthcare, bioprocessing, and heavy manufacturing.
In pathology and virology settings, containing biological fluids is a top priority. Our disposable gaiters prevent splash cross-contamination. Constructed from high-barrier polymers, they pass synthetic blood penetration tests under ASTM F1670 and viral challenges under ASTM F1671.
For semiconductor fabs and pharmaceutical cleanrooms (Class 100 / ISO 5), human shedding is a primary source of contamination. Our low-linting microporous materials contain particulates, preventing them from escaping and compromising sensitive wafers or drug formulations.
When handling low-concentration acids, bases, and dusts, operators require lightweight chemical protection. Our gaiters are engineered to meet CE Type 5 and 6 protective standards, shielding footwear from spills and particulates during chemical washdowns and site remediation.
Deploying advanced automation and integrated logistics to ensure consistent supply and reliable lead times.
We source raw polymers directly from local refiners, allowing us to manage cost and quality from the start. Controlling the supply chain from raw material to finished product shields our clients from volatile market shifts.
Automatic web feeding, heat-sealing, and cutting systems reduce human contact and improve consistency. Our automated optical detection equipment scans products in real-time, removing items with dimensional or seal anomalies.
Located near major ocean cargo hubs, our shipping department processes and clears customs efficiently. Our team manages loading configurations to maximize container space and lower ocean freight costs for international buyers.
