Alhilal Healthcare
As the largest archipelago in the world, Indonesia faces unique healthcare challenges. With over 17,000 islands, delivering consistent medical monitoring to remote regions like Papua, Sulawesi, and the Maluku Islands has traditionally been a logistical hurdle. However, the rapid digital transformation led by the Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) and the "Satusehat" platform has catalyzed the demand for Telemedicine Monitoring Solutions.
Our role as a leading Manufacturer and Exporter is to provide the hardware backbone for this digital revolution. From CNC-machined precision components for diagnostic machines to portable patient monitors that operate reliably in tropical humidity, we ensure that Indonesian healthcare providers have access to world-class medical technology.
Integration of multi-parameter monitors in ICU wards across Jakarta to provide real-time data sync with centralized cloud servers.
Portable ECG and blood pressure monitors utilized on inter-island ferries and remote coastal clinics to ensure traveler safety.
Wearable telemedicine devices for international retirees in Bali, connecting them directly with specialists in Australia or Singapore.
About us
Our factory established in 2009 specialized in the field of medical equipment and protective solutions for over 15 years. Today we have more than 500 employees. The company covers an area of more than 100,000 square meters and has a clean workshop of 6,000 square meters.
While we are global leaders in disposable medical supplies (face masks, gowns, and isolation suits), our engineering division has pivoted to support the high-tech demands of telemedicine monitoring hardware. Our company has passed the factory audit report from ISO13485 and CE, ensuring every sensor, bracket, and casing meets the stringent demands of modern medicine.

The "Golden Indonesia 2045" vision emphasizes a healthy, digitally-literate population. Key trends we are currently addressing for our Indonesian partners include:
The Indonesian medical device market is strictly regulated by the Ministry of Health. Any equipment entering the country must comply with international standards while also being adaptable to the local electrical infrastructure and climatic conditions. Our 15 years of experience in medical manufacturing provide a foundation of trust. We don't just export "products"; we export "solutions" that are built to last in the high-heat, high-humidity environments found across the Indonesian archipelago.
A significant part of our export volume to Indonesia includes precision-machined parts for CT scanners, MRI machines, and orthopedic implants. By providing high-quality replacement parts and customized components, we help Indonesian hospitals maintain their expensive diagnostic equipment, reducing downtime and improving patient outcomes in regions like North Sumatra and East Java.
Whether it is a 10-inch healthcare tablet for senior monitoring in a Balinese villa or a microwave sterilization system for a hospital in Makassar, our technology is designed to be user-friendly for local medical staff. All our products meet the high levels of quality demand and conform to worldwide safety protocols. With a staff of 500+ and a factory spanning 100,000 sqm, we have the scale to handle large-scale government tenders and private hospital group orders across the ASEAN region.
